Youth Flag Football is part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley Team Sports programs and focuses on Flag Football. The program takes place within organized leagues that also include Volleyball and Basketball. Generally, teams in these leagues are formed based on the schools the children attend, with an effort to place home-schooled or private school participants on teams nearest to their homes.

Since 1970, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley has served thousands of Southern Oregon youth each year. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley is to make right choices, and become responsible, productive citizens. All Team Sports programs are based in Grants Pass and are intended to keep players, parents, coaches, volunteers and staff safe and healthy. The Flag Football Leagues are always in need of Volunteer Coaches and Individual Team Sponsors. Individual Team Sponsors for Spring 2026 include: 3 Boys Classic Towing, Grants Pass Smile Suite, Barry Peterson Versatile Construction, CamoRidge, Inc Roofing, Grants Pass Active Club, State Farm Insurance – Bill Thorp, Dr. Waschak Pediatric Dentistry, Caveman Bowl, Richards Welding, Roe Motors – Amy Fox, Grants Pass Surgery Center, Pastrell, Buchanan, & Hartzell Dentistry – Dr. Justin Buchanan, Caveman Heating and Air, Midland Empire Insurance, Mills Machining, Inc, Black Oak Adult Foster Care, and Ausland Group. The program’s policy is to give each player equal play time, with the statement, “We believe in equal playing time for our kids. All of our Club Members are All Stars and our policy is to give each player equal play time.” One testimonial shared about the organization states, “Our youth of today are our leaders of tomorrow and champions for a better quality of life in our community.”
