FC Portland Soccer Academy offers the Boys ECNL Program for U13-U19, Girls ECNL Regional League for U13-U19, Pre-ECNL for U11-U12 boys and girls, Competitive Academy for U11-U19 boys and girls, and Foundation Academy for U9-U10 boys and girls. The Boys ECNL Program is the highest level of competition for boys within FC Portland and competes locally, regionally, and nationally. The Girls ECNL Regional League is the top level of play for girls at FC Portland and includes competitive local league play, national showcase opportunities, and college exposure.

FC Portland Soccer Academy was founded in 1987. Its mission is to prepare and develop young athletes for the challenges of life through the game of soccer. The program is a year-round program.
