New Vision Dance Center

New Vision Dance Center offers a wide range of dance classes, including Creative Dance, Twirling Babies, Twirling Tots, ProDANCE, Lyrical Jazz, and AcroDance. Creative Dance integrates imaginative play, fairy tales, nursery rhymes, props, and obstacle courses while introducing children to dance fundamentals and movement. Twirling Babies is a parent participation dance class that uses routines to boost coordination, flexibility, confidence, and problem-solving skills, and Twirling Tots introduces toddlers to different types of movement, large motor skills, and interactive music while preparing them for Ballet/Tap combo classes. ProDANCE focuses on crowd-pleasing routines and performance execution, teaching turns, jumps, choreography, dancing with poms, and kick lines, and is described as a super fun and energetic class that boosts dancers’ confidence. Lyrical Jazz blends elements of Ballet and Jazz with fluid, smoother movements that engage an emotional response, and AcroDance combines ballet- and jazz-based techniques with acrobatics similar to gymnastics to supplement dance skills.

New Vision Dance Center offers dance classes for ages 18 months to 18 years and holds over 100 classes per week. The studio includes five spacious studios and a newly remodeled performance space that seats over 130 people, and it is set up to accommodate students from 18 months of age through adulthood. The program also includes an in-house training and performing company, NVDCo, for more intense training and additional performance opportunities. NVDC states that it is dedicated to providing students with qualified dance instruction in a progressive learning environment that is safe, creative, and fun.
