Snapology STEAM Programs

Snapology STEAM Programs offers Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math enrichment programs using LEGO® bricks and other learning tools. It includes robotics classes with computer programming and engineering through interactive robotic model builds and challenges, as well as technology programs with computer literacy, techniques, and programming through interactive activities. The programs are available for ages 4 to 14 and are offered year-round as after-school programs, summer camps, workshops, field trips, birthday parties, assemblies, and custom events.

Programs

• Core STEM/STEAM — Ages 4 to 14 · STEAM enrichment programs focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through curriculum and using LEGO® bricks and other learning tools.
• Robotics & Coding — Ages 4 to 14 · Robotics classes teach the basics of computer programming and engineering through interactive robotic model builds and challenges.
• Animation & Technology — Ages 4 to 14 · Technology programs teach computer literacy, techniques, and programming through fun interactive activities.
• Preschool STEAM — Young learners; ages 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14 · Programs encourage young learners to explore science and technology, discover designing and building, inspire creativity, while enhancing fine motor and early literacy skills.
• Themed STEAM — Ages 4 to 14 · Themed programs are designed to promote creative play, teamwork, and social skills.
• Competition Teams — Ages 4 to 14 · Competition teams feature a real-world challenge to be solved by research, critical thinking, and imagination.
• Social Skills — Ages 4 to 14 · Programs help children develop the skills to foster good relationships and caring attitudes.
• Specialized Programs — Ages 4 to 14 · Programs are designed to address specific social and emotional interactions children may encounter in their lives and build an awareness of the world around them.

About the provider

Snapology STEAM Programs says, “We want to see every child succeed – inside and outside our classrooms.” The program uses LEGO® bricks, K’Nex, and technology, and it is available in Discovery Centers, Classrooms, and Community facilities.
