About
YMCA In Town Summer Day Camps includes weekly visits to one of the YMCA branches with a pool. During swim time, the pools have at least two lifeguards, with camp staff in the pool and on the pool deck. Each child’s swimming ability is checked to decide how deep they are allowed to go, and life jackets are available from the YMCA or can be brought from home. If preferred, a child can stay home on swim day. Families are asked to provide two snacks, lunch, and a water bottle each day.
