About

Youth Arts Programs offers performing arts day camps for youth. These day camps take place each summer and focus on performing arts activities. The camps are led by experienced theatre instructors who guide the youth through the performing arts sessions.

The Youth Arts Programs are part of the Oregon Coast Council for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization developing, promoting, supporting, and celebrating community arts. Oregon Coast Council for the Arts is the local arts council for Lincoln County and the regional arts council for Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Coos and Curry counties and coastal towns in Lane and Douglas counties. OCCA also operates the Oregon Coast Art Bus, a mobile arts classroom that brings arts education, engaging opportunities, and creative experiences to coastal communities, especially those with limited access to art experiences or transportation. The Oregon Coast Art Bus is wrapped in the “Celebrate Oregon!” artwork created by Liza Burns and developed by Oregon Cultural Trust.
