Professor Omar Santiago is a 3 Stripe Black Belt and a 27-year practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, Jeet Kun Do, and more. Kate Long is a NASM certified fitness enthusiast with a specialization in kettlebells.
