Rock Creek Taekwondo offers taekwondo classes through several structured programs. The program includes the Little Tigers program, the Assessment Level program, and the Teens and Adults program. Families can also access a newsletter for information about camps, seminars, schedule updates, and parent resources.

Rock Creek Taekwondo is led by a team that includes Chief Master Marius Slav, Head Instructor Lynn Yoon, Instructor Bernardo Quintas, Assistant Instructor Eric Nicolas Slav, and Coach–Competition Ranger Lee Garrison. The program has been in operation from 2009 to 2026. Rock Creek Taekwondo offers the option to try one week free of taekwondo classes.
