Team MAC Junior Competitive Sports Programs offers junior competitive opportunities in nine sports, including Alpine Ski & Snowboard, Artistic Swimming, Basketball, Climbing, Dance, Men’s Gymnastics, Women’s Gymnastics, Swimming, and Volleyball. Activities are offered for men and women of all ages as part of the club’s broader sports programming.
• Schedule: Club hours are Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Founded in 1891, Multnomah Athletic Club has a membership of more than 21,000 and serves 20,000 members as stated on its About page. Top-rated instruction and coaching is available in many sports. The club’s mission is to enrich lives, foster friendships and build upon its traditions of excellence in athletic, social and educational programs. The clubhouse hosts a variety of local, regional and national sporting competitions throughout the year and has been a venue for international championships on more than one occasion. Short-term child care is available while parents use the club.
