Rose City Futsal Youth Programs offer futsal and indoor soccer through futsal academies, youth leagues, and Rose City Futsal Camps. The broader Rose City Futsal programming also includes Rose City Futsal Academy Programs, an Adult Academy, and Adult Leagues that share the same futsal and indoor soccer focus.

Rose City Futsal was founded in 2013 by ten Portland families passionate about soccer, and RCF West opened in 2016. The mission of Rose City Futsal is to grow the game of futsal while building a supportive community around indoor soccer in Portland. Rose City Futsal is described as Portland’s home for building community around futsal and indoor soccer and as an amazing community hub of both physical and social activity across generations. Everything they do is rooted in building a diverse, welcoming community centered on enjoying futsal in Portland, and they have created a place where players of all ages can grow and learn together as players and people.
Every player at Rose City Futsal needs an annual membership and personal player card, which is used to check in to the facilities and sign in for games, and membership is included when a player signs up for academy classes. The academies are described as having a low coach-to-player ratio, and community teams are available for players not already associated with a team, with a Community Team Manager provided for those teams.
Rose City Futsal’s facilities include several large wood courts, soccer shops, physical therapy offices, and Clive’s Pub on a second-floor mezzanine area that looks over the courts, where games are also streamed on TVs. RCF West is described as a spacious clubhouse with three state-of-the-art courts for youth and adult players.
