Capital Futbol Club Youth Soccer Programs include soccer league play, tournament play, team training, Friday Coerver training sessions, and tryouts. Kinder–3rd grade teams play in the Willamette Valley Soccer League on Saturdays for 8 weeks, and 4th–8th grade teams play in the Willamette Valley Soccer League on Saturdays for 7 weeks with an end-of-season tournament on the final Saturday and Sunday. Players attending tryouts are asked to wear all black with no club-affiliated clothing, bring water and a soccer ball, and wear shin guards, and all players must be registered for tryouts.

In 2004, the club merged programs with the Cascade Surge to form Cascade FC, later began a long-term partnership with Coerver Coaching in 2011, and in fall 2013 became one of the first Portland Timbers Alliance partner clubs in Oregon, with that formal partnership ending in 2022. The leadership and founding figures named by the club include JoAnna Fields, Chris Thoms, Eric Johansen, Chuck Schumaker, Ron Roach, Barb Southard, Phil Barrett, Ryan Janac, Bob Arpin, John Plechl, and Ken Husby.
