Reason's World Taekwondo Academy

Reason's World Taekwondo Academy offers Lil Ninjas, Tigers, and Teen/Adults classes. Lil Ninjas are 30-minute classes, Tigers are 45-minute classes, and Teen/Adults are 60-minute classes. Tigers are ages 7-12, and 12-year-olds may stay in Tiger class or join Teen/Adult class if they are more mature, bigger, and/or more athletic, or are a higher belt rank.

About the provider

Reason's World Taekwondo Academy opened on January 7, 2020. It moved to the Salem Gymnastics Center on March 2, 2021, then to its current location at Starr Studios, Salem School of Dance in south Salem on October 17, 2022, and opened a second studio in Keizer at West Coast Strength on June 14, 2023. The owner and head instructor is Randy Reason, and the assistant instructors are Preston Reason and Annie Potter. Randy Reason is a 4th Dan black belt, Preston Reason is working on his 4th degree black belt, and Annie Potter is working on her 2nd degree black belt. The program trains in accordance with the rules and regulations of World Taekwondo and the Kukkiwon. A percentage of profits every month is donated to Feeding America, local food banks, and children's hospitals, and the program also participates in various community service projects.

For the classes and times below, Lil Ninjas are ages 6-7 with 30 minute classes; Tigers are ages 7-12 with 45 minute classes; Teen/Adults are 60 minute classes. Tigers who are 12 may stay in the Tiger class or join the Teen/Adult class if they are more mature, bigger, and/or more athletic, or are a higher belt rank. Talk to Mr. Reason first.
