At Easel Art

At Easel Art, kids take part in custom paint party events that can include step-by-step paint parties, glow parties, messy art parties, splatter parties, and paint-by-instructor sessions. The program also offers public events, painting classes, and glow parties with pre-sketched or themed canvas painting and playdough. Events can be held at a local venue or at a family’s preferred location, and party planning services cover everything from setup to cleanup.

At Easel Art, creativity comes to families through private parties, monthly events, and collaborations with local businesses. The program uses blacklights at glow parties and is open to the community. At Easel Art is led by Michelle Isaksen, whose involvement began with a “paint and sip” gathering in 2018 that developed into an ongoing focus on art. The mission of At Easel Art is stated as “At Easel Art, we bring Joy to Creation—Art for Everyone!”

Testimonials describe Michelle as fun, kind, friendly, funny, and helpful, and say that she makes non-artists feel confident about creating a picture.
