Black Butte Ranch Tennis & Pickleball Lessons and Clinics offers tennis and pickleball activities including Cardio Tennis, Intro to Pickleball, BBR Liveball, Tiny Stars, Little Shots, Big Shots, Teen Tennis Academy, Twilight Tennis, Build your Own Clinic, and Drop-In Play. The program also offers private hitting lessons and private lessons for individuals and small groups.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Lessons run from mid-June until Labor Day, with private lessons available Wednesday–Sunday from 8am–4pm during non-clinic times; group clinics and activities range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
• Price: Hitting lessons are $70 per hour; private lessons range from $45 per half hour to $120 for 4 people; group clinics such as Cardio Tennis, Intro to Pickleball, BBR Liveball, Little Shots, Big Shots, Teen Tennis Academy, and Twilight Tennis range from $30–$35 per player.
The on-site Director of Tennis and Pickleball is Evan Sims, who is also the Tennis Director and a USPTA professional. A racquet stringing service is available through Tennis Director Evan Sims, with price dependent on string choice. Equipment such as rackets and paddles can be rented, and balls are provided for Drop-In Play, while Intro to Pickleball includes equipment.
