Broadway Rose Theatre Company Education Programs include activities such as the Teen Summer Production: Hadestown Teen Edition, Stage the Song: A Production Number Workshop, and a Teen Fall Cabaret. Kids can take part in programs like Kids Summer Workshop: Session 2, Kids Summer Drama Camp: Jack and the Beanstalk, and the Kids Fall Showcase. The program also offers Taller de Teatro Hadestown Teen Edition, Taller de Teatro Musical para Niños: Sesión 2, Campamento de Jack and the Beanstalk, Escaparate de Otoño para niños, Santa Sing-Along for children and families, cabaret performances, play readings, and backstage tours.

Over its 35-year history, Broadway Rose Theatre Company has operated as a nonprofit arts organization. Its mission is to contribute to the cultural growth and educational needs of the community by providing educational and creative musical theatre opportunities for kids, teens, and adults. The organization offers Youth and Teen Scholarships/Financial Aid for education programs. The leadership team includes Education & Community Engagement Manager Amaya Santamaría, Marketing Coordinator Blythe Woodland, and Operations Manager Madison Conrad. Broadway Rose Theatre Company offers its New Stage Auditorium space for limited rentals, and A Royal Event for Kids is a fundraiser event hosted by Oregon’s Fairytale Project at Broadway Rose.
