About
Brandywine Learning Center Summer Math offers Middle School Math and Algebra I courses in small-group formats. The Middle School Math course meets for six 2-hour sessions, and the Algebra I course also meets for six 2-hour sessions.
• Schedule: Middle School Math and Algebra I each meet in six 2-hour sessions on Wednesdays from 6/24/26 to 7/29/26
The Middle School Math course runs on Wednesdays from 3:30–5:30pm between 6/24/26 and 7/29/26, and the Algebra I course runs on Wednesdays from 6:00–8:00pm during the same dates. The Brandywine Learning Center offers small-group courses that rebuild confidence, strengthen core skills, and prepare students for next year, without busy work, and each class is intentionally small so students get real support. The center also offers tutoring to fit each student’s needs, with an initial consultation that maps out what the student needs to achieve their goals academically.
The Brandywine Learning Center’s mission to inspire learners was founded in March 2003 by educator and owner, Gina DiGiacomo. Its philosophy is that each child should be approached as an individual with unique learning strengths and needs, an innate learning style, and particular interests. The center states that it is much more than a tutoring company and goes far beyond teaching math, reading, writing, and other subjects, teaching life skills and teaching success. It works holistically by creating a triangle of success among students, their classroom teachers, and parents, and is staffed by committed educational mentors who are dedicated to assisting each child to achieve their goals.
The Brandywine Learning Center also offers college and career preparation, including guidance through the college application process with a personalized timeline and one-on-one help with admissions essays. One parent shared, “The tutors were responsive and well engaged, and my kids felt genuinely supported and cheered on by them.”
