Brave Martial Arts offers Little Ninjas for ages 4-6, Kids Karate for ages 7-12, Teens Karate for ages 13+, Fitness Kickboxing for ages 16+, and Family Karate for ages 7+. The program also offers a 4 week Kickstart Program for ages 4-12 and a 3 class trial.
Programs
- Little ninjas (4-6) — 4-6 · Martial arts program for young children; teaches discipline, sharing, self-control, coordination, focus, sportsmanship, respect, and self-defense skills in a supportive environment.
- Kids karate (7-12) — 7-12 · Kids martial arts program focused on confidence, discipline, focus, physical fitness, respect, perseverance, self-control, teamwork, and age-appropriate martial arts skills.
- Teens karate (13+) — 13+ · Teen martial arts program focused on confidence, discipline, respect, self-respect, judgment, goal-setting, and overall fitness.
- Fitness kickboxing (16+) — 16+ · Fitness kickboxing class with gloves, guards, bag work, music, and guidance from a black belt instructor.
- Family karate (7+) — 7+ · Family martial arts program for adults and children to train together.
- 4 week Kickstart Program — 4-12 · weekly · Trial program; students and parents get to know the instructors and how martial arts is taught to kids ages 4-12. Students earn their first belt upon completion.
- 3 class trial — Trial option with flexible scheduling.

About the provider
Brave Martial Arts has taught students in the community since 2010 and says it has taught 2500+ students since then. Its leadership team includes Owner and Master Instructor Marisa yaniszeski; Master Instructor and Manager Sharie; Certified Instructor and Assistant Manager Angela weber; Instructor and Kickboxing Instructor Sarah Bogert; Instructor Marbeth Truscello; and Instructor Kate Hayes. The program says it has 14 Masters and Black Belt Instructors, and its team includes certified instructors, educators, and national and world champions. Brave also says it has over 150 five star reviews and that its mission is building strong individuals one student at a time.
Students can pay in full or choose a monthly option. No registration fees, financing fees, or cancellation fees. Classes begin September 16th for the back-to-school special. The program offers a 4 week Kickstart class and a 3 class trial. Brave offers classes for children, teens, and adults starting at age 4.
