White Township Recreation Youth Rec Programs take place at the S&T Bank Arena within the White Township Recreation Complex and use both indoor and outdoor recreation facilities. The programs can include activities on an ice rink, indoor turf, hard court surfaces, tennis courts, a batting cage/indoor golf area, baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, a disc golf course, and a playground area called Play Time Park.
• Schedule: Hours of operation run September–March, seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and April–August on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
In 1995, White Township purchased a 50-acre parcel of land along East Pike Road for development as a recreation complex, which is now the White Township Recreation Complex. White Township Recreation states that it is committed to enriching the local community by providing family friendly recreational programs and services throughout Indiana and surrounding communities, and it states that it strives to provide safe facilities and economical programming options that promote general health and wellness.
