The Center Director at the U-GRO Learning Centre in Lancaster, PA (U-GRO Rohrerstown) has been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 15 years, and all staff members participate in training opportunities throughout the year to stay current in early education. U-GRO uses SproutAbout, an exclusive family app that provides free live streaming video of a child’s classroom to a mobile device. U-GRO offers part-time child care enrollment for working families and has one-of-a-kind playgrounds.
