USA Ninja Challenge - Sunbury, PA offers ninja fitness classes where kids practice jumping, climbing, swinging, traversing, balance activities, floor skills, running, block pushing, vaulting, and tumbling skills. The program also offers birthday parties, open gym sessions, field trips, seasonal camps, day camp, and competition registration. USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training and track & field.

USA Ninja Challenge - Sunbury, PA has a class program with 6 levels to master, using a wide variety of progressions, drills and challenges. Ninjas that demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training, and each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. Summer camps and ninja classes are available for registration all year round, and trial classes are available. Standard apparatus include rings, balance obstacles and tumbling surfaces, and specialized ninja training equipment includes cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders and warp walls. Each portion of every obstacle course includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time, and the desired result of the program is to improve children’s strength, flexibility and all-around athleticism.
