• Price: Tiny Tumbler and Progressive Gymnastics Camps cost $40.00 for YMCA members and $60.00 for non-members (or $32.00 members / $48.00 non-members for the 4-day Week #3); Tumbling Camp costs $25.00 for members and $40.00 for non-members; Introduction to Sports: Leadership & Teamwork Camp costs $40.00 for members and non-members; Cheer/Hip Hop Clinic Camp, Track & Field Camp, and Volleyball Camps cost $40.00 for members and $60.00 for non-members; a $10.00 sibling discount is offered for Summer Sport Camps and Gymnastics Camps when registering siblings for the same camp, with scholarship memberships not eligible for additional discounts.

The 2026 gymnastics schedule includes three one-week camps: June 15–19, June 22–26, and July 20–23 (a 4-day week, Monday–Thursday). Tiny Tumbler Gymnastics Camp is for children entering 3-year-old preschool through Kindergarten in Fall 2026 and meets in 45-minute sessions from 9:00–9:45 am or 10:00–10:45 am. Progressive Gymnastics Camp is for participants from 1st grade in Fall through 16 years old and meets in 1-hour sessions from 11:00 am–12:00 noon. Tumbling Camp meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, June 15, 17, and 19, from 12:30–1:30 pm. Introduction to Sports: Leadership & Teamwork Camp runs June 8–12, 2026, with 3.5-hour daily sessions from 8:30 am–12:00 pm and is offered in partnership with the Y and the Warren Forest Higher Education Council. Cheer/Hip Hop Clinic Camp runs June 8–12 and June 22–26, 2026, with ages 3–6 meeting 5:30–6:30 pm, ages 7–11 meeting 6:30–8:00 pm, and ages 12–18 meeting 6:30–8:00 pm. Track & Field Camp runs June 15–19, 2026, with 1.5-hour sessions from 6:00–7:30 pm. Volleyball Camp for grades 4–6 runs June 15–19, 2026, from 6:00–7:00 pm, and Volleyball Camp for grades 7–9 runs the same week from 7:00–8:15 pm. Skills and Drills Basketball Camp runs the week of June 22–26, 2026.

Tiny Tumbler Gymnastics Camp uses floor exercise, balance beam, vault, and uneven bars, with attire specified as a leotard or shorts with a t-shirt tucked in and long hair pulled back. Progressive Gymnastics Camp requires clothing without snaps, buttons, zippers, long strings, or baggy fabric, with hair pulled back into a ponytail. It is required that children 9 and under be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the YMCA, and there is no front entry drop-off or pick-up, with parents asked to walk children to and from their supervised program. Anyone attending both Summer Child Care Camp and a Sports Camp in the same week must pay for both camps, and transportation to and from summer childcare or sports camp is the parent’s responsibility.

New for 2026 offerings include Introduction to Sports: Leadership & Teamwork Camp, Junior Sports Official Camp, and Bowling Skills Camp - Youngsville YMCA Sport Camp. Introduction to Sports: Leadership & Teamwork Camp and Junior Sports Official Camp are offered in partnership with the Y and the Hi-Ed Council. Membership and program scholarships are available, with applications listed under “Financial Aid,” at the YMCA Welcome Center Front Desk, or by contacting Membership Coordinator Jennifer Pojar. The YMCA states that its mission focuses on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, and that it aims to foster growth in local communities by building strong relationships and promoting a sense of belonging. Leadership and staff named for these programs include Membership Coordinator Jennifer Pojar, WAHS Track & Field coach Michelle Johnson, WAHS Girls Volleyball Coach Mike Dolan, and Cheer/Hip Hop Clinic Camp instructor Shawna Fitzgerald, along with Extreme Cheer staff for the cheer and hip hop clinics.
