West Chester Lacrosse Association Youth Programs offers a range of activities including Girls Lacrosse Fall Skills Clinic, Boys Lacrosse Fall Skills Clinic, Fall Futures Co-Ed Boys & Girls Pre-K, Fall Field Hockey Programs, Girls Spring Futures, and Summer Camp. The program also includes Boys Fall and Winter Clinic, Boys Summer League, Futures Lacrosse, Futures Field Hockey, West Chester SHOCK Indoor Field Hockey, and a Lacrosse Apparel Sale.

Founded in 1984 by Roger Smith, West Chester Lacrosse is a voluntary 501(c)(3) organization. Its mission is to promote character, teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship in the game of lacrosse while developing a lifelong love of the sport in a safe environment. The organization describes itself as providing premier youth lacrosse programs since 1984.
Leadership and program roles include Mandy "Coach g" Gionfriddo for the Girls Lacrosse Program, Keith Belson for the Boys Fall and Winter Clinic and Boys Summer League, Ashley Lubas for Futures Lacrosse, and Kim Marsh for Field Hockey, Futures Field Hockey, and West Chester SHOCK Indoor Field Hockey. Additional leadership positions include Michele O'Kane as Compliance Director and Logistics Coordinator, Janice Stief as Director of Operations, Gina Colley-Holgate as Executive Director, Mike Dewey as President of the Board of Directors, Gina Colley-Holgate as Managing Director, Mandy Gionfriddo as Girls & Futures Program Director, Kim Marsh and Heather Birkins as Field Hockey Co-Directors, and BJ Ratcliffe and Bob Williams on the Board of Directors.
West Chester Lacrosse Association is described as a loyal community partner and public charity. It has donated over $16,000 to local charities, and WCLA families have donated over $14,000 to community causes.
