Franklin Family Taekwondo offers Taekwondo training, self defense, and structured after-school care through its After-School Program, Traditional Program, and Homeschool program. The studio also runs Taekwondo Camps and Ninja Camps, and some classes include optional games or dodgeball after class.

• Schedule: Homeschool program meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 pm; Taekwondo Camps run as week-long day camps during school breaks.
Franklin Family Taekwondo is a full-service, traditional martial arts studio with a focus on discipline and respect in a family environment. The school is part of the Choong Sil Kwan Taekwondo Federation, a branch of the ITF and not Olympic Style (WT). The mission of Franklin Family Taekwondo is to focus on hard work and self-improvement in a family-centered environment. Students are required to earn each new rank, and character sheets with a character word at each rank are required for promotion. The Traditional Program offers two weeks of classes for free, and the Homeschool program offers two weeks of classes for free with no contracts. Taekwondo Camps combine Taekwondo training with ninja activities, and the after-school care includes structured time with disciplined and engaging activities.
Franklin Family Taekwondo is run by 5th Degree Black Belt Karla Zuercher, who is the Owner and Chief Instructor. The leadership team includes Assistant Instructors Mr. Tim Grove, Mrs. Stephanie Stanley, and Ms. Amanda Brunotts. Karla Zuercher is a fully certified instructor of the Choong Sil Taekwondo Federation (CTF), is a World Champion, and has won several US CTF National Championships, a bronze medal at the 2023 World Championships in England, and a gold medal at the 2025 World Championships in Scotland. Tim Grove received his 5th degree Black Belt in May of 2025 and has more than 15 years of competition experience, including many medals at national and international competitions and a silver medal at the 2025 World Championships in Scotland. Stephanie Stanley received her 2nd degree Black Belt in February of 2022. Amanda Brunotts is a 2nd degree Black Belt, has won multiple CTF National Championships, and earned a bronze medal at the 2025 World Championships in Scotland. Several of the instructors compete internationally with the United States CTF Taekwondo Team.
