Swim Lessons includes Parent/Child Swim Lessons, Preschool Swim Lessons, Youth Swim Lessons, Teen & Adult Swim Lessons, and Private Swim Lessons. Lessons are available year-round at multiple branches, and group swim lesson sessions run monthly. Most lessons meet one day per week, with other options offered depending on the location and season.

About the provider
The program uses certified instructors and a proven curriculum, including a nationally recognized curriculum. No YMCA membership is required to take swim lessons, and YMCA members receive discounted rates and early registration access. Financial assistance is available.
