Paramount Education Summer Camps

Paramount Education offers field trips, Story Wranglers, a Family Series, and camps. Campers can take the historic Paramount Theatre stage, and stories written by students are turned into performances at their schools. Students can also experience stepping out under the 50-foot Paramount blade on a field trip.

Paramount Education is part of a historic nonprofit with more than 110 years of history. Its mission is to connect people and strengthen community by showcasing performances across genres, providing arts education programs, and creating experiences in iconic venues in downtown Austin. Paramount Education is described as empowering the next generation to experience, perform, and learn through the arts, and its educational programming enables future generations to experience the arts. A preservation and revitalization project will preserve the Paramount and reimagine the State, with support from the Heritage Tourism Division of the City of Austin Office of Arts, Culture, Music, and Entertainment and the Economic Development Department of the City of Austin. Leadership connected to the organization includes Pasquale Del Villaggio as Director of Technical Production, Nick Barbieri as Chief Marketing Officer, and Krystal Parsons as Director of Development.
