Southwest Austin Pop Warner (SWA Dawgs Football & Cheer) offers youth football programs, youth cheer programs, and football and cheer summer camps and clinics. Southwest Austin Pop Warner (SWAPW) is a non-profit organization that provides youth football and cheer programs for children ages 5–12 years old in southwest Austin and surrounding areas. The mission statement for SWAPW states that the program is designed to provide an atmosphere that emphasizes safety, academics, fun, teamwork, leadership, and pride. SWAPW is associated with the Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. organization nationally and is a member of Hill Country Pop Warner locally. Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. was founded in 1929 and is described as the largest youth football, cheer and dance program in the world, and it is the only youth football and cheerleading organization that requires its participants to maintain academic standards in order to participate.

The SWAPW Board of Directors includes President Robert Brown, Co-Vice Presidents Sophia Diaz and Jim Corriveau, Secretary and Little Scholars Coordinator and Team Parent Coordinator Laura Ethridge, Treasurer Gabriela Brown, Cheer Coordinator La'Kia Tyler, Football Coordinator Brett Lewis, Fundraiser Coordinator and PR/Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator Winter Green-Ike, Merchandise Coordinator Jess Evans, Safety Coordinator Siria Cozart, General Counsel (Advisory role) Clayton Stone, At-Large Member Janan Miller, and At-Larg Member Matt Lamm, with the Concession Coordinator and Equipment Coordinator roles listed as open. The SWAPW Board of Directors consists of parents, coaches, and community members with the combined interest of providing the best football and cheer experience for kids.
