Xcelerate Nike Boys Lacrosse Camps offer high-performance instruction with innovative drills and small-sided games. Participants engage in position-specific training and team-driven competition, all under the guidance of experienced leaders.

Founded in 2004, the program is led by Steve Anderson and Jay Jalbert, both former University of Virginia lacrosse players. Xcelerate Lacrosse is committed to the philosophy of having fun while getting better. The program is also involved in the community, partnering with Greta Jarvis, MS, MPH, a lacrosse coach and founder of the Cent.
