Northwest Austin Youth Basketball Association runs a competitive youth basketball development league that includes practices, games, and a season-ending tournament. The program holds evaluations to gauge each player's abilities, and no one is cut based on these evaluations. Teams are formed to be balanced based on the evaluation results.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: In normal years, practices start the first week of November, there are typically two events per week, and the season culminates with a tournament in mid February, with events scheduled on weekday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
NWAYBA is a competitive youth basketball development league for players from 1st grade through high school and accepts players of all skill levels. Events are held at partner facilities including Burnett, Murchison, and Lamar Middle Schools, Northwest Hills United Methodist Church, and St. Paul Lutheran School.
