Gravity District Aerial, Yoga, & Fitness was established in 2022 and is described as a beautiful boutique studio and the first gym in Bastrop and in Hunter’s Crossing Plaza to offer both earth- and air-based classes. The studio provides movement classes to students from age 0 through adults and offers Youth Memberships for weekly classes to continue aerial activities after camps, as well as Family Plans with credits that can be shared between Kid/Youth or Adult/Teen members. During camp, Gravity District provides healthy snacks twice per day and bottled waters, while parents are encouraged to send an insulated lunch and any additional snacks or drinks, and campers are asked to wear snug-fitting stretchy clothing such as leggings and a tee shirt, bring shorts and possibly an extra set of clothes, and avoid hard zippers or snaps that can catch. Walk-ins are accepted for camp if there is room.

The stated mission is to grow adults with a lifelong love for wellness and health, with programs that build from playful PE-style activities to the art of aerial movement. Testimonials describe the classes as including mobility, yoga, and pole, and mention that the space is welcoming for all body types, genders, and abilities, with comments such as “Highly recommend!”, “It’s like a family!”, “life-changing,” and “an amazing place to build strength, flexibility, and movement through fun, unique classes.”
