Sylvan STEM Camps offers robotics camps, engineering camps, and Fit4Algebra camps. Campers build and program a variety of robots using LEGO bricks and award-winning software, and they work on designing, evaluating, and reconstructing machines and super structures. Activities include projects that encourage problem solving and collaboration, along with the chance to explore real-world science questions from physics to earth sciences.

For over 40 years, Sylvan has worked with millions of students and families. The program uses a proprietary curriculum that encourages innovation, creativity, and critical thinking, and offers exciting and engaging after-school programs and fun summer camps. STEM camps are available after-school or during summer, spring, or winter break, and camps are available all year. Sylvan has STEM camps and program options nationwide and has locations around the world.
Sylvan’s teachers are described as experts at engaging kids and bringing out a love of STEM. Sylvan is the largest private employer of certified K–12 teachers in the world. Courses meet Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Students in Sylvan’s Personalized Tutoring programs see up to two to three times more academic growth than other students, and students in these programs achieve up to three times more growth in their math and reading scores than their peers. Sylvan guarantees a child’s progress in Personalized Tutoring programs.
Sylvan partners with many local schools to be their after-school STEM partner. One parent shared that her daughter had a lot of fun at a Maker camp over spring break and enjoyed trying many experiments and exploring concepts.
