CTX Juniors offers competitive club volleyball through its CTX Prep & Play program. Players take part in structured volleyball activities that focus on competitive play.

CTX Juniors is entering its 16th season of providing competitive club volleyball, originally founded as Texas Shock in 2009. Texas Shock was founded by Director Mike Beltz, who remains the Director of CTX Juniors. The program is hiring experienced coaches for the 2025–26 club season.
The CTX Juniors mission statement says the program’s philosophy centers around “athlete first and winning second” and emphasizes developing the whole athlete mentally and physically. The mission statement also says the program focuses on volleyball fundamentals, confidence, self-worth, character, discipline, competitive spirit, sportsmanship, responsibility, and commitment, with the stated goal of preparing athletes to compete at their full potential in life.
Recent accomplishments listed for Texas Shock include a 2017 AAU National Championship and a silver medal in the 2019 Girls Junior National Championships. The program reports that Texas Shock players have been invited to train in USAV High Performance programs and that many have continued their volleyball careers at the collegiate level. CTX Juniors states that it is looking forward to bringing a new high level of training and many exciting opportunities for players.
