About
1UP Sports Performance offers sports performance training, athletic development, and adult fitness, along with middle and high school training, training camps, clinics, classes, and Coop 45 sessions. The program also offers pro and college training, as well as football camps, football clinics, and football combines.
• Ages: 11–18 years old
• Schedule: Adult fitness sessions are offered Monday–Friday at 7am, 9am, and 12pm, Coop 45 meets Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am and 5:30pm and on Saturday at 7:30am, and pro and college training runs four days per week.
1UP Sports Performance is led by owners Tim and Lisa Prukop. Trainers at the program hold sports performance certifications, and some have CSCS certifications, which require a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and are offered by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. The program states that its goal-oriented athletic development approach uses mental, physical, and visual training techniques, and that its progressive combination of movement, strength, balance, vision, and mental training is used to equip athletes to get to the next level on and off the field or court. Youth1 ranks 1UP Sports #1 in the country for football camps, clinics, and combines. Families are able to try a free training session and consultation. Testimonials from athletes include statements from Oklahoma quarterback Carsten Groos and Oregon quarterback Dakota Prukop about their training experiences with 1UP Sports Performance.
