The organization states that it is a local youth sports league that relies exclusively on volunteer coaches, allows friend and coach requests on a first-come, first-serve basis, and has a no refund policy, including when friend or coach requests cannot be honored. It states that registration fees are used for uniforms, game day reservations, officials, equipment, and end-of-season awards, and that it is a recreational league rather than a club program, so league registration fees are not used for paid coaches. If a team is formed without a coach, parents on that team are asked to step in and coach, and parents are expected to assist in coaching when needed.
