Mission Success is based on a proven urban squash after-school model that combines intensive academic support, health and wellness programming, athletics, and corporate mentor relationships. The program offers 200+ hours of academic support each year and provides 13–15 years of support for each participant. It is the only program of its kind in Texas.

Founded in 2011, Mission Success focuses on students from Houston’s underserved communities. According to reported outcomes, the program has a 100% high school graduation rate, 97% of graduates have enrolled in college, and 100% of participants adopt healthier and more balanced lifestyles. Mission Success also highlights enriching corporate mentor relationships and partnerships as part of its community involvement.
