Mission Success offers academic support, health and wellness programming, and athletics. The program is based on a proven urban squash after-school model and includes enriching corporate mentor relationships. Each participant receives 13–15 years of support, with more than 200 hours of academic support offered annually.

Founded in 2011, Mission Success reports a 100% high school graduation rate among its participants, and 97% of its graduates have enrolled in college. The program states that 100% of its participants adopt healthier and more balanced lifestyles. It is the only program of its kind in Texas.
