Clear Creek Community Church Summer Camps state that camp is a significant part of the church’s Children and Student Ministries and that campers build relationships with their leaders while experiencing worship environments and biblical teaching. The mission statement for Clear Creek Community Church is: “We exist to lead unchurched people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.” Each child is assigned to a leader who has completed an application, interview, background check, child abuse prevention training, and other Clear Creek Community Church policy and procedure trainings. The camps rent out the entire facility at each site so that campers are the only kids or students there, and a medical team is onsite for all medical needs. Scholarships are available and can be requested during registration, and spending money is optional and only used for a camp store with snacks, shirts, and memorabilia.
