Forest Glen Camps offers activities such as zip-lining, canoeing, and campfires. One session is described as a fun-filled week of canoeing, zip-lining, and discovering Jesus in the great outdoors as part of an unforgettable week of adventure and faith for teens in grades 6–12.

Since 1974, Forest Glen Camps (formerly Camp Good News, which began its first session in 1965 in Spring, TX) has provided camp experiences and is described as one of the biggest camp and retreat centers in East Texas, now serving more than 30,000 campers each year. The mission of Forest Glen Camps is to create a sanctuary where individuals can deepen their faith, forge lasting memories, and experience transformative growth. The leadership team includes Travis Huckaby, and programs include Day Camp, Family Camp, Ignite Camp, Outdoor Education, and Retreats, as well as a family weekend experience. Forest Glen Camps serves groups in Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe, and Huntsville.
