StrongGirls Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes that include preschool, recreational, pre-team, and team gymnastics programs. The program also offers a 2-class intro program that includes two small-group, 60-minute classes and a coach assessment with a recommendation for the best ongoing class. Many StrongGirls participants begin with no prior gymnastics experience.
• Ages: 2–17 years old
• Schedule: Preschool classes for ages 2–5 are offered Monday–Friday in the afternoon and early evening, and on Saturday mornings; recreational classes for ages 6 and up are offered Monday–Friday in the late afternoon and evening, and on Saturday late mornings. The 2-Class Intro includes two small-group, 60-minute classes.
• Price: Try 2 Classes – $49; 2-Class Intro – $49; 2x/week small-group classes $329 every 4 weeks.
Programs are available for girls from Irving, Las Colinas, Valley Ranch, Hackberry Creek, and nearby areas. Most classes are kept intentionally small with about 3–4 students, and groups are capped based on age and event. Easy options are available to make up missed classes without additional fees. Families are asked to have their child wear a leotard or fitted athletic clothes with hair tied back, bring a water bottle, and avoid jewelry, socks, or loose clothing on the equipment.
