StrongGirls Gymnastics

StrongGirls Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes in small groups, including a 2-Class Intro made up of two 60-minute sessions. Most classes are kept intentionally small with about 3–4 students so each participant gets personal attention and plenty of turns. Groups are capped based on age and event, and coaches provide an assessment and simple recommendation for the best ongoing class after the 2-Class Intro.

• Ages: 2–17 years old
• Schedule: Preschool classes (2–5 years old) are offered Monday–Friday at 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 pm, and Saturday at 9:30 and 10:30 am; recreational classes (6+ years old) are offered Monday–Friday at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 pm, and Saturday at 10:30 and 11:30 am; the intro includes two 60-minute small-group classes.
• Price: 2-Class Confidence Intro for $49, with ongoing 2x/week small-group classes at $329 every 4 weeks.

Coaches are trained to welcome new girls gently, keep classes calm, and celebrate small wins, and parents can watch training from a calm, welcoming lobby. The program offers easy ways to make up missed classes with no fees. Families are asked to have participants wear a leotard or fitted athletic clothes with hair tied back, bring a water bottle, and avoid jewelry, socks, or loose clothing on the equipment.
