StrongGirls Gymnastics offers a 2-Class Intro with two small-group, 60-minute classes and a coach assessment and recommendation. It also offers preschool classes for ages 2-5 years old and recreational classes for ages 6+ years old. Most classes are kept intentionally small with 3-4 students, and girls should wear a leotard or fitted athletic clothes, keep hair tied back, and bring a water bottle.

- Recreational classes — 6+ years old · Mon-Fri 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 pm; Sat 10:30, 11:30 am
- 2x/week small-group classes — $329 per month · $329 every 4 weeks.
