Blue Legend Swim School offers weekly 30-minute basic swimming classes, short 30-minute swim lessons, and intensive one-hour lessons twice a week. The program includes toddler swim lessons, children's swimming posture classes, and instruction in backstroke, freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly. It also offers artistic swimming lessons, synchronized swimming, advanced swim team-level courses, swim team training, swim meets, swim camps, survival skills courses, mermaid classes, underwater photoshoots, birthday parties, inter-club activities, holiday parties, swim cap design competitions, and adult and senior swimming lessons.

Blue Legend Swim School was founded in 2014 by Coach Li, who has won seven national artistic swimming championships and has twelve years of professional athletic experience and over ten years of swim coaching. In 2020, Blue Legend Swim School built two new indoor facilities in Sugar Land and Katy, and locations can be found throughout the Greater Houston area. The coaching staff includes certified professional swim instructors with extensive teaching and competition experience, and each coach must complete rigorous training and pass strict tests. The program follows a unique and complete curriculum developed by Coach Li, and its stated goal is not only to teach children to swim well, but also to help them develop good habits through vigorous training. Some students from Blue Legend Swim School have become regional and state-wide champions.
