Renzo Gracie Katy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for kids and adults, including both Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The program includes Kid's Jiu-Jitsu (Gi), Kid's Jiu-Jitsu (No Gi), Fun Friday (Kids) (No Gi), Adult's Jiu-Jitsu (Gi), Adult's Jiu-Jitsu (No Gi), Fight Club Friday (Adults) (No Gi), and Private Lessons. Classes take place in a family-friendly, community-oriented environment with a fun, friendly, and family-oriented atmosphere.

Professors Holly and Ronnie Flores have been pivotal figures in the Houston, Texas Jiu-Jitsu community since 2007 and earned their purple belts in 2013. The leadership team includes Ronnie Flores, Professor and 2nd Degree BJJ Black Belt; Holly Flores, Professor and BJJ Black Belt; Harry Montecinos, Professor and BJJ Black Belt; and Ruben Arriaga, Coach and BJJ Brown Belt. Professors Holly and Ronnie Flores have over 30 years of combined experience and have both been active competitors. Professor Holly Flores is the first female Renzo Gracie Black Belt in Texas, the first Hispanic female Renzo Gracie Black Belt, and the first female Renzo Gracie Black Belt to own and operate an academy. The mission at Renzo Gracie Katy is to create exceptional students through the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, focusing on using an attacker's strength and weight against them so smaller, weaker individuals can defend themselves using leverage and technique, and stating that Jiu-Jitsu instills lessons about respect and self-confidence, helps to prevent bullying, and enables students to de-escalate situations before they become physical. Renzo Gracie Katy offers a 5-day trial, a variety of membership options for both kids and adults, and programs that include both Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The academy fosters a community-oriented environment with a supportive group of like-minded individuals, and the entire Flores family trains together at the academy.
