The mission of FBC Kaufman Youth & Kids Ministries is “Reaching Kaufman County and the world for Christ, one changed life at a time.” The program includes a secure check-in system where each child receives a tag that matches the parent’s tag, and the matching tag is required for pickup. The preteen ministry focuses on preparing 4th–5th grade students for their next phase of life. DNOW is described as an in-town weekend retreat for 6th–12th grade students designed to help students grow deeper in their relationship with God and build meaningful connections with one another. The ministry also participates in community involvement through “A Conversation With Our Ukrainian Partner Pastor,” featuring Vasyl Povorozniuk and highlighting ministry through a partnership with a Ukrainian church.
