FBCKids & FBCStudents (Youth Ministries) offers activities that include Kids Summer Adventure Camp with themed weeks featuring sports, farm fun, STEM exploration, and creative arts. The mission of FBCKids & FBCStudents (Youth Ministries), as part of FBC Kaufman, is stated as “Reaching Kaufman County and the world for Christ, one changed life at a time.” LifeGroups are offered for kids ages 0–18 years at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday mornings, and students in 6th–12th grade meet at The Porch at 9:15 a.m. for breakfast and a conversation surrounding how to follow Jesus and understand God more. MidWeek programming takes place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Kids Summer Adventure Camp is designed for completed K–4th graders, and families can choose one week that fits their schedule or join all five weeks. There is a secure check-in system where each child gets a tag that matches the parent’s tag, which is required for pickup. Childcare is available upon request for Gateway1: Choosing My Church Family. FBC Kaufman states, “We love all people. We warmly welcome people into our family who are from all ethnic backgrounds and every stage of life. The young, the old, the healthy, and the disabled all belong here.”
