Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas offers programs in three main areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. The organization’s vision is to provide a world-class Club Experience in which every member is on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Since its founding in 1964, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas has grown from a single site to more than 29 sites in 9 communities across Central Texas. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas, Inc. serves 21,000 youth annually and 3,200 youth per day in 30 Club sites throughout the region. The BGCTX family of Clubs includes Boys & Girls Club of Lampasas, Boys & Girls Club of Gatesville, Boys & Girls Clubs of Copperas Cove, Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown, Boys & Girls Club of East Williamson County, Boys & Girls Club of Falls County, and Clements Boys & Girls Clubs. The administration office lists an Administrative Assistant, Ms. Phyllis Shaw. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas is to enable all young people, especially those who need the organization most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens, with a focus on a safe place to learn and grow, ongoing relationships with caring adult professionals, and engagement in life-enhancing programs and character development experiences.
