XLR8 Gymnastics, LLC

XLR8 Gymnastics, LLC offers Mom and Tot Classes, Pre-school Gymnastics, Kinder Kids, Level 1, and Competitive Gymnastics. Mom and Tot Classes are 45 minutes and require a parent or care provider to assist the child during class. Pre-school Gymnastics is 50 minutes and includes beginner gymnastics skills, following directions, interacting with other children, and taking turns. Kinder Kids is 50 minutes and is a beginner gymnastics class on all four of the women’s gymnastics events. Level 1 is an hour-long class with beginner gymnastics skills on all four of the women’s gymnastics events and additional beginner skills. Competitive Gymnastics is a USA Gymnastics program for students who want to be challenged, with levels including Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3+.

Programs

• Mom and Tot Classes — 18 months to 3 years old · Parent or care provider must assist the child during class. 45 minutes. Helps with movement, coordination, balance, and fine motor skills.
• Pre-school Gymnastics — 3- and 4-year-olds · 50 minutes. Students learn beginner gymnastics skills and social and behavioral skills. Focus includes following directions, interacting with other children, and taking turns.
• Kinder Kids — Ages 4 & 5 · 50 minutes. Beginner gymnastics class for children ages 5-7. Students learn beginner gymnastics skills on all four of the women's gymnastics events.
• Level 1 — Ages 6 & UP · An hour long class for students ages 8 and up. Students learn beginner gymnastics skills on all four of the women's gymnastics events and additional beginner skills.
• Competitive Gymnastics — Program through USA Gymnastics for students with a passion for gymnastics who want to be challenged. Levels include Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3+.

About the provider

XLR8 Gymnastics, LLC has taught children's gymnastics and cheerleading since 2017. The program says its goal is to provide high-quality gymnastics training and to instill leadership, discipline, determination, time management, and dedication. It is USAG-Certified and Insured. Its smaller class sizes allow children to get more attention from the skilled gymnasts on staff.

A parent or care provider must assist the child during the Mom and Tot class.
