Alla Prima Youth Art Program

Alla Prima Youth Art Program includes Summer Camps, a Youth Art Program, and options for Parties & Events. Participants work with paint, ceramics, crafts, graphite and charcoal, printmaking, and ink. The program also offers Art Kits such as the Pop Art Pet art kit, Rainbow Portrait art kit, and Watercolor Galaxy Painting art kit.

For the Pop Art Pet and Rainbow Portrait art kits, families email a photo to [email protected] after ordering, and the kit includes a pre-drawn portrait based on that photo. The Watercolor Galaxy Painting art kit is described as “Fun for ALL AGES! Adult participation recommended for children under 8.” Alla Prima is home to the largest variety of art mediums and classes in the county, and the Alla Prima Youth Art Program is described as “The perfect combination of fine art education and FUN!” The leadership team includes owner and creative director Brooke Treadwell, art teacher Emily Bock Azzano, and art teacher Katy O'Brien. Brooke studied Fine Art and Design at Texas State University and graduated with a BFA, Emily holds a Fine Art background with a focus in drawing and painting from the University (full institution name not provided), and Katy is a recent Architecture graduate from Texas A&M.
