About
Extreme Texas Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, Extreme Martial Arts, a Men’s USA Gymnastics competitive team, and a Women’s USA Gymnastics competitive team. The program also offers a Free Introductory Lesson and a Summer Camp option. Extreme Texas Gymnastics operates within two facilities referred to as the I-35 Location and The Training Center.

Fit Feat Inc., the organization behind Extreme Texas Gymnastics, began its venture in 2013 and is a Texas-based non-profit organization. The leadership team at Extreme Texas Gymnastics includes Coach Angela and Coach Sarah. The stated goal of Extreme Texas Gymnastics is to help students reach their full potential in gymnastics and in life, and its mission is to provide fun, challenging athletic events that engage the community and promote well-being. Fit Feat Inc. events support and/or contribute directly to local charities. One customer stated, “Extreme is hands down the VERY best place to go to for gymnastics.”
Extreme Texas Gymnastics lists several features, including two facilities, high performance Men’s and Women’s USA Gymnastics competitive teams, and a curriculum that includes leadership training as well as gymnastics. Extreme Texas Academy pairs rigorous academics with training programs. Students can experience both gymnastics and martial arts in one place, and programs are available for all ages, including adults. The program was founded from sister school Extreme Martial Arts and adopts practices of respect, discipline, and focus, with an emphasis on proper technique and skill progression. Students receive enrichment in leadership and character development, nutrition, and goal setting, and a Free Introductory Lesson is available.
