Extreme Texas Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes along with men’s and women’s USA Gymnastics competitive teams. The program also includes Extreme Martial Arts and a Free Introductory Lesson for new participants. Extreme Texas Gymnastics operates within Fit Feat Inc., which also hosts Extreme Martial Arts.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday 12:00pm–7:30pm, with class hours available Monday–Saturday
Fit Feat Inc. began its venture in 2013 and is a Texas-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that hosts Extreme Texas Gymnastics in New Braunfels, Texas. The leadership team for Extreme Texas Gymnastics includes Coach Angela and Coach Sarah. The stated goal of Extreme Texas Gymnastics is to help students reach their full potential in gymnastics and in life, and its mission is to provide fun, challenging athletic events that engage the community and promote well-being. The program was founded from its sister school Extreme Martial Arts and adopts practices of respect, discipline, and focus. Its curriculum includes leadership training as well as gymnastics, and students receive enrichment in leadership and character development, nutrition, and goal setting.
Extreme Texas Gymnastics has high performance men’s and women’s USA Gymnastics competitive teams. The program’s coaching methodology emphasizes precision technique beginning with basics and a solid foundation, and its number one priority is children’s safety with an emphasis on proper technique and skill progression. Extreme Texas Academy pairs rigorous academics in an enriching classroom setting with training programs. Participants can experience both gymnastics and martial arts in one program, and a Free Introductory Lesson is available.
Fit Feat Inc. states that each one of its events supports and/or contributes directly to local charities. Extreme Texas Gymnastics holds an “Excellent on Google 5.0” rating. A community member has stated, “Extreme is hands down the VERY best place to go to for gymnastics.”
