Fun & Fitness Gymnastics offers gymnastics, tumbling, Ninja Force, Pre-K gymnastics, boys gymnastics, girls gymnastics, and co-ed tumbling, along with parties, Friday Fun Night, Parents Night Out, and camps and clinics. The Ninja Force program combines parkour freestyle, obstacle challenges, and gymnastics with fitness training. The program focuses on skill growth and progression while working to ensure child safety.

Fun & Fitness Gymnastics offers a free trial class for new students. Programs are specially designed for children from 18 months through the teen years and include preschool and recreational beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics classes, as well as USA Gymnastics Developmental and Xcel competitive teams. The program states its goal is to foster self-esteem and confidence in students so they can be successful both inside and outside of the gym, and uses the slogans “A place where children gather to find the power & grace within themselves.” and “Have Fun, Get Fit!”.
The leadership team includes Hideo (Mizo) Mizoguchi, Owner and Executive Men’s USAG Team Coach; Kellie Mizoguchi, Owner and Executive Women’s USAG Team Coach; Mary Sheni, General Manager; Tyler Mizoguchi, Director of Operations and Ninja Force Program; Denson Moore, Women’s Competitive Team Director; Lisa Bradford, Senior Program Director; Eryn Danford, Director of Recreational Program; Adriana Connell, Office Manager; Lee Ho, Head Coach, Men’s USA Gymnastics Team Program; Ryder Butera, Men’s Compulsory Team Coach; Ricky Mays, Men’s Team Coach; Meghan Balch, Assistant Director, Xcel Team Program; Aries Cooper, Director, Women’s JD Compulsory Program; Lulu Keller, Women’s JD Compulsory Team Coach; Ivana Zuleta, Women’s JD Compulsory Team Coach and Operations and Program Support Coordinator; Emma Grace Knight, Assistant Director, Women’s JD Optional Team Program; Erin Mancha, Front Office Assistant; and Aliriya Connell, Customer Service Assistant. Hideo Mizoguchi is a former competitive gymnast, a former Technical Director of USA Gymnastics for over 10 years, and a former member of USA Gymnastics’ Men’s National Team Selection Committee. Kellie Mizoguchi is a former competitive gymnast, was the youngest NAWGJ Director in St. Louis, founded and owned All American Gymnastics in Creve Coeur, Missouri, for 10 years before moving to Texas, and is described as a well-known and nationally respected Elite Choreographer.
Fun & Fitness Gymnastics states that its goal is to foster self-esteem and confidence in students, helping them grow as individuals to be successful both inside and outside of the gym. The program supports the community by partnering with Make-A-Wish and Tunnel to Towers, hosting annual fundraisers to help make a child’s wish come true through Make-A-Wish, and supporting Tunnel to Towers’ work with Gold Star and fallen first responder families, catastrophically injured veterans and first responders, and efforts related to veteran homelessness and remembrance of September 11, 2001.
