Brazos Learning Montessori School

Brazos Learning Montessori School offers Montessori education through year-round programs. The program includes infant, toddler, and early childhood classrooms, as well as a summer camp.

Brazos Learning Montessori School offers infant programs for children ages 6 weeks to 18 months, toddler programs for ages 18 to 36 months, and early childhood programs for ages 3 to 6 years. The school also offers a summer camp for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. The program follows a Montessori approach that includes individualized learning, an emphasis on social, emotional, and physical development along with academic skills, and freedom to move and choose activities. The school states that current neurology and human development research supports the Montessori approach used there. Its stated mission is to introduce Montessori education to the Brazosport area and to follow the motto “Building a Better Tomorrow.”

One parent, Joshua C, reports that his daughter has been enrolled since the school opened and that she is excited to go to school every day and comes home with new knowledge to share. Another parent, Christiana E, reports that her son began in the summer camp program, enjoyed attending each day, and is now enrolled in the fall program, and she describes the staff as amazing, sweet, and kind.
