ASI Gymnastics offers gymnastics instruction along with ASI Ninja, Power Tumbling, Back Handspring Classes, Private Lessons, Girls Classes, Boys Classes, and competitive options such as Team ASI, Girls Team, Boys Team, and Ninja Team. The program also hosts Birthday Parties, ASI Camps, Skills Clinics, Parents’ Night Out, Open Gym, Field Trips, Spirit Nights, Diapers and Donuts, Drop & Shop, Gymnastics After School, and Gymnastics Summer Camp. Families can schedule a free trial class.

The first ASI location in Mesquite opened in 1991, and for more than 30 years ASI has offered gymnastics in Texas. ASI Gymnastics is led by owners David and Debi Holley. The stated mission is to offer the best gymnastics instruction possible to each child at their level, with teaching priorities of safety, fun, and skill acquisition, and an emphasis on physical, emotional, and mental development, progression of skills, and continued enjoyment of the sport.
