South Texas Youth Soccer Programs offers one-day outreach events that bring soccer to underserved areas, a competitive Olympic Development Program for high-performing players, and seasonal competitions such as Fall Championships and Spring Cups. The program also includes several Grassroots coaching education courses, including Edinburg 7v7, Edinburg 9v9, Georgetown 9v9, Houston 9v9, and Houston 11v11.
South Texas Youth Soccer Programs is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas. Through 29 member associations, it represents more than 225 clubs and 100,000 members across its region, from El Paso to Beaumont and Temple to Brownsville. South Texas Youth Soccer is an affiliate of US Youth Soccer and US Soccer. Its club-based programs are designed to meet the needs of kids at every level, from recreational players who play for fun to accomplished athletes playing at a National level. Each year, it hosts a series of Fall Championships and Spring Cups designed to provide a wide variety of competitions to best fit the skill and ability level of each individual team and group of players. Through South Texas Youth Soccer, members have access to a wide variety of programs designed to advance player development at every level and promote the game within communities. South Texas offers coaching education from nationally recognized coaching education leaders, including the U.S. Soccer Coaching License Pathway, United Soccer Coaches Diplomas, the US Youth National Youth Certification, and State Educational Clinics.
