Olympia Gymnastics & Cheer offers an instructional gymnastics program along with activities such as Parent's Night Out, New Year's Camp, School Holiday Camps, and Open Gym. Children take part in crazy games like Mat Tag, Fruit Basket, What If, and Front of the Boat during some of these events. Parent's Night Out includes pizza and individual water bottles served with health service precautions such as servers wearing gloves, sanitation of seats and tables, and frequent hand washing.

Olympia Gymnastics & Cheer has been serving the community since 1985 and is locally owned and operated. All coaches have been background checked and safety certified, and trained coaches or staff members are present during Open Gym to provide guidance, ensure safety, and answer questions. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 4pm–7pm, Friday closed, and Saturday from 9am–12pm. Doors remain locked for safety during Parent's Night Out and after 7pm, and every Parent's Night Out is hosted by Olympia's Director and/or Owners.
For Parent's Night Out, kids must be fully bathroom independent, and parents are asked to send a reusable water bottle. Parents use a car line drop-off and pick-up system, with drop-off at the glass doors and yellow wristbands or name tags given at drop-off to show at pick-up, along with a visible car tag. At Open Gym, all children must be accompanied by an adult in the gym, and adults are not charged a fee. Open Gym is open to the public.
Families can enroll online through live online classes and enrollment, and the program uses a rolling schedule with rolling enrollment that allows families to enroll anytime during a nine-week session with prorated tuition. Olympia does not auto enroll students from one session to the next. A referral program provides a $30 credit to both the referring family and the new student for any program enrollment, and the credit does not expire. Families who buy a Parent's Night Out pass receive a free Open Gym.
